For
use with the Arimax 340 boiler above. The use of solid fuel
boilers is now just as convenient as using oil burners, the
Arimax 540 and 1040 can be loaded with wood chips or wood
pellets and the automatic Arimax stoker feeds the fuel into the
boiler together with controlling the combustion.
A
three-phase gear motor drives the feed screw of the stoker. The
fuel mixer is located on the bottom of the fuel container, but
the new Arimax stoker both the feed screw and the mixer have
their own shafts and the power transmission is done with chains
and angle transmission, this makes the stoker quieter and more
durable.
