Bio-Energy Box

The Bio-Energy Box is pre-piped and wired ready for local connections, and the boiler type can be suited to the type of fuel used. This space and money saving system is easily installed or removed as a modular package, and can be leased to fulfil a temporary need or avoid capital expenditure.

This full packaged system is installed into a container, and can range in output from, typically, 50kW to 300kW and larger units are available on request.

The system includes a built in silo with flat bottom out-feeder, that can be easily installed under the rotary valve of the existing filter. The fuel transport, boiler together with furnace, grit arrester, ducting, control panel and flue stack are also included.
