Below are some example of comments we have received from our customers.

"I chose the Emiliana because it both looked good and was straightforward to use - in particular it doesn't rely on an electricity supply - we often get cuts in the winter with trees falling on power lines.

It has proved to be a brilliant stove - for instance, one evening my daughter suggested pizza for tea so while she lit the stove I made pizza. Half an hour later the pizza was ready to go in the oven - and the oven was already hot enough! Of course, it does vary, as all stoves do, with how well the chimney is drawing (which depends on the weather) but generally it is a very easy stove to look after.

My house used to be a mill and is built into the hillside. It has a reputation locally for being a damp house. When I moved in a few years ago it was heated by oil central heating. I changed to the Emiliana because I want as little to do with oil as possible. (yes, the car is a problem...) I didn't expect it to have much effect on the dampness, but in fact the house has changed dramatically - presumably because of the air being drawn through the house. I guess the oil boiler just kept heating the damp air that was stuck in the house. There is no longer a damp smell in the house and it feels a lot healthier. And of course everyone now wants to live in the kitchen because the stove just draws people to it.

Actually I should also say what a brilliant bunch Bioenergy are to deal with - very helpful and friendly."
